Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information:
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our UK warehouse, pending availability and payment verification. Delivery costs and timeframes will vary depending on where you are in the world, so please read the below carefully.
Pre orders: All items available to pre-order will be shipped on or before the 22nd November 2024. If you place an order containing a pre-order item, the full order will be dispatched when the pre-order item is available.
Shipping costs & timeframes:
UK: All UK orders receive complimentary express shipping. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order before 1pm GMT Monday - Friday and receive your order the next working day.
EUROPE: All orders being shipped within Europe receive complimentary express shipping with orders above 425 EUROS. For orders below this, shipping is £15. All European orders are sent via DHL express or DPD, and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
USA, CANADA & AUSTRALIA: All orders will receive complimentary express shipping with orders over 450 USD. For orders below this, shipping is £20. All orders are sent via DHL express and will take 2-6 working days to reach you. Please note that you may receive your order in multiple consignments.
REST OF WORLD: Shipping will cost £35 or currency equivalent. All orders are sent via DHL express and will take 2-6 working days to reach you. Please note that you may receive your order in multiple consignments.
*During peak times such as Black Friday and holiday periods, our team will be working diligently to ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. However, due to high demand, please allow an additional 2 days for order processing.
International taxes / duties:
We ship all international orders delivery duty paid. All prices are therefore shown inclusive of all import duties and taxes, meaning you will not incur any further costs on your order after you checkout.
Please note;
- This has only come into effect on orders placed on or after 8th December 2023.
- Should you decide to return your order, the relevant import duties and taxes initially covered by My Sunday Ski, will not be refunded.
- For any anomalies whereby you are being charged duty, please reach out to us on support@mysundayski.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help
Please note:
- Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel, re-route or expedite your package.
- If delivery is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the contents of the order. Once the goods arrive back, the customer will be refunded minus any costs incurred.
